These are draft cloud trial terms. Operator details and final service terms must be completed before public access is enabled.

Sharing memories

Upload only content you may share. Invitations apply to particular frames. Contributors can withdraw their own submissions.

Plans

Free includes 1GB and one frame. Family includes 25GB and five frames. Premium includes 100GB and ten frames. Capacity is based on originals; invited contributors share the recipient family's benefits.

Trial and cancellation

New families start with the Free plan. Selected trial families may receive four weeks of Family features through an administrator grant. Trial checkout uses test payments and does not charge real money. Paid benefits last until the end of a billing period. Overflow originals have sixty days for download or renewal. Paused frames keep playing downloaded memories.

Hardware

Third-party devices must permit installation and meet compatibility requirements. Models enter the support list after device testing. Branded hardware maintenance is agreed with its supplier before sale.
